PANIC AT PROUD LAKE
The Friends of Proud Lake Recreation Area will be sponsoring PANIC AT PROUD LAKE, a scary night event involving a short canoe ride, mile hike through the woods and hayride that will take place weekends in October. Dates of the event are the 2nd, 3rd and 4th weekends in October. Friday and Saturday events run from 7pm-midnight (no one under 12 admitted). Cost is $12.00 per person per tour. Sunday events run from 1pm – 4pm and are open to all ages. Cost is $7.00. per person per tour; 5 and under free. All proceeds will be used by the Friends Group for projects and improvements within Proud Lake Recreation Area. Volunteers are needed to help with set up as well as during the event.
