Mark your calendars for March 10th. We will be having a special speaker, Carol Fink on owls. She will be giving a presentation on owls and then we will go out into the Proud Lake woods to maybe spot an owl. This special presentation will begin at 7:00PM, starting at the Annex in Proud Lake. We will be also having a hayride to complete the night. We hope everyone will make it out for this special educational night!!! Please dress for the weather.

Our hayride and popcorn roast was a huge success last night for those who missed it. The weather was abt. 18 degrees. With the new fallen snow it was a nice night. The moon never peeked out but we had a wonderful time around the campfire eating maple popcorn while listening to Jeff Vallender tell us wonderful stories! We had 28 guests come out. A huge THANK YOU to Jeff Vallender for making this night a success!!

UPDATE: Tonights event has moved from the Annex to the Proud Lake Cafe. The cafe is the next building down from the Annex on the left hand side. Tonight should be perfect for a hayride and listening to wonderful stories by Jeff Vallender while enjoying some wonderful fresh popcorn popped over an open campfire!! Come on out and dress warmly for the outdoors. We will have hot beverages to help warm you up as well. Hope to see everyone out there tonight at 7:00PM.

We would like to invite everyone to come out and enjoy a moonlight hayride through the Proud Lake State Park on February 11th. We have a special guest speaker, Jeff Vallenger, who will be telling us amazing stories while you enjoy some popcorn popped over a campfire! This event starts at 7:00PM at the Annex. 3500 Wixom Rd., Commerce Twp. MI. Come out and join us for this wonderful story telling, popcorn eating, and meeting new friends.
